A38 Flyer Terms and Conditions

Vehicle Type

A38flyer operates an 8 seat MPV vehicle this is adequate to carry 8 passengers and their luggage.  When the need occurs the vehicle may change is we use another reliable company to complete your journey.


Prices quoted are fixed at the time of booking based on the information given and a deposit of £50 is paid. Passengers should be ready to travel at the booked time.  Any changes to the booking form may incur further charges.

Phone Bookings

All phone bookings are taken with great care and detailed attention to ensure accuracy is maintained.  This information will be confirmed on the booking form.

 Booking Confirmations

We will send e-mail confirmations to the person making the booking, provided they have included a valid e-mail address with their booking. This will include phone bookings as well as web bookings.  If no email address is provided confirmation will be sent by Royal Mail to the principle proposer.


Payments can be made by the following methods:

  1. BACs transfer to the account details on your booking form. £50 is payable on booking which is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. The remainder should be paid within 14 days of travel. 
  2. Cheque payment is also accepted

Additional Passengers and Luggage

Additional passengers and luggage may be added to the booking at any time up to the maximum of 8 persons. Extra passengers and baggage will incur extra charges.

Additional Drop offs and Pickups

Two pickups and drop-offs within the Plymouth area are free within your quoted price. Additional drop-offs and pickups will be charged at £15.  Additional diversions should be made at prominent positions like Motorway services.

Booking Cancellations

Your booking can be canceled in advance by giving us at least 24 hours notice. Any booking fees paid will be returned less the deposit which is nonrefundable.

Missed Flights

If a passenger has missed a flight this information must be informed to us immediately so that we can notify the driver not to enter the airport for that pickup. If the driver has not departed for the pick up then 40% of the booking fee will be refunded. If the passenger wishes to take a later flight and we are able to provide the service we will do so at no extra cost.

No Show

No show is defined as follows:

If passenger books a transfer with us and has failed to meet the driver on pick up time, this will include home, hotel and other private address.

This will include wrong date wrong time bookings.

If a passenger books a pick up from an airport and fails to meet the driver in the arrival hall. This means that the driver will wait in the arrival hall up to 1 hour 30 mins from flight landing time and if the passenger fails to meet within this time limit or make contact to inform their status at the airport will be considered as a no-show.

In the event of a No Show all bookings made online or over the phone and paid for will be charged the full amount and no refunds will be paid.


The driver will take the route to a destination by considering the following facts: the traffic, time, road closures and diversions.


A38flyer accept no liability for the following: Severe traffic delays, road closures, extreme and poor weather conditions.

Special Fares

Our Prices will be 50% higher on the following dates; 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January. This is due to limited drivers available for work during seasonal periods.

Please note that we provide child seats as a courtesy service. Whilst we make every effort to ensure child seats are available, we cannot guarantee, suitability for your child. Usage of child seats is entirely at the passenger's discretion, and we cannot be held responsible or liable for their usage.
